I have eaten this 6 to 7 days a week for 20 years to increase my fiber intake.Adults need 25 to 35 grams of fiber each day and if you are not managing your intake to that number I guarantee you are not getting near enough.This cereal is an easy way to get 1/3 or more of your fiber RDA.

This has to be one of the healthiest cereals on the market. Less than 1 gram of sugar per serving. 10 grams of fiber. Only 4 non GMO ingredients. Add this to pineapple yogurt and you are off to a good start on your day. On top of that, this order arrived surprisingly quickly

My daughter is pregnant and experiencing some discomfort, when my oldest daughter was pregnant her doctor recommended this cereal to help with constipation, it truly helps. It is a bit costly but since it has been working, it is well worth it. I first bought the double pack just to try out, however this12 pack is much more cost effective. Overall a great experience with the product

Every flake is made from one entire wheat berry that has been rolled out. It is very healthy because it has flax seeds. Flax seeds are an omega-3 food with lignan that helps those that can or can't have fish oil. It is full of protein, fiber, and vitamins. There is almost no sugar. This cereal can be eaten cold or hot. I really love it and feel I am getting healthier every time I eat it!!!
