Fantastic (pun intended)! This is a great addition to the regular Battle of Hogwarts game. It's even designed to fit into the main Battle of Hogwarts box, which is super nice. For those complaining about it being too hard, you need a strategy. Take a look at the combo of characters that you're playing with and decide to either play aggressive and always get power tokens instead of hearts or decide to always go with hearts. Those types of decisions will make this a lot easier for you. A friend of mine and I have played through the regular BoH multiple times (including using deliberate handicaps) and this was an excellent way to keep enjoying the game. We played Box 1 last night and never had more than 2 Dark Marks. It definitely makes it WAY longer but it is more complicated, which we needed. We played with Luna and opted to take the regular BoH Game 7 Harry (that's an option in the rules to take their replacement or use the regular Game 7 character power) and it went great! I would say that if you have experience with deck builders, this isn't too much, but if you're not super versed in them, you'll need to take your time with this one. There's a lot of specifics on which cards to remove, which cards to what, differences between villains and creatures, etc. We love it!!!! On to Box 2 next time!

We are a HP nerd family, and we play this for hours with our adult children. I love that we're all playing together against the dark arts, rather than competing against each other. If you enjoy deck-building games and love HP, you'll love it. It gets pretty difficult at the higher levels; also, if you get a bad draw of dark wizards to start the game it can be virtually impossible to win. Gets harder with more people, but there are

Our family absolutely LOVES this game. Each play through is different than the last. We also purchased the expansion and love the mechanics of that as well. I loved how the game was packaged and love the call backs to the books and movies. I’ve had to reach out to customer service twice. First when I got the game, a location card was missing for game 3. They got back to me same day and overnighted the missing piece plus a promo card. The second time was about 4 months after getting the game. I asked them if I could purchase a new board as mine had split along the fold. They again overnighted me a board at no cost with another promo card. That kind of service makes me want to purchase more products from USAopoly.
