I was recommended these after weight loss surgery. They have a good amount of protein for the calories. I stay fuller on the days that I drink them. They taste very good! My husbands favorite is coffee. My favorites are peaches and cream and root beer float. I just found out you can freeze them and make ice cream out of them in the ninja creami. I already drank them almost daily so now, I will enjoy them as a drink and as a bowl of ice cream! :)

I was skeptical about how it would taste but I was pleasantly surprised. I needed to increase my protein intake and eating more meat was not going to happen.

I LOVE THESE!! Such an easy, tasty way to get my protein and some vitamins and minerals to boot on my Keto diet. I have told so many people about this particular flavor and they are all excited to try it. I just ordered the Nightime vanilla. I don't have trouble sleeping but thought it would be helpful on those days I'm running behind on my protein macro and don't want to drink the Cafe Latte since it has caffeine in ti.

My father is a 73 year young man that absolutely cannot stomach products made for seniors (protein drinks). I bought this as I am also a fan of the drink and he literally finishes it in less than 5 minutes. He says it tastes good and it helps heal him after a long stent in the hospital where he lost a lot of weight. I also drink these as I am a vegetarian and do not get enough protein some days. Recommend

I don't drink the stuff myself, but my significant other LOVES it. She puts a little in her coffee for flavoring - without the extra calories of some of the other flavoring. One bottle lasts her several days.
