Heat_And_Serve - Warm 10 Lb Of Truffle To 145-165F Using A Microwave Or Hot Water Bath. Stir Frequently While Heating To Equalize Temperature. At 145 - 165 F., The Truffle Will Be Sufficiently Fluid To Pour Into Trays Or Spoon Into Small Card Or Foil Containers. The Higher Temperature Will Make The Fudge More Firm. Smooth The Surface With A Pallete Knife Or Spatula, Then Shake Or Tap For A Few Seconds. This Will Improve The Gloss Of The Surface. Set The Fudge Aside To Cool And Set, In Room Conditions, Not In A Freezer. Setting Takes A Few Hours. When Set, Cut Into Rectangles And Wrap In Film. Alternatively Individual Card Trays, Or Foil Trays Can Be Wrapped In Film. Store In Room Conditions Or In A Cooler, But Not In A Freezer. (Once Warmed You Can Add Any Nut Or Particulates You Want)
