Because it need to be folded when packaging, the table runner has some creases, before you use the table runner, please use a steam iron or iron on low heat

I ordered to banners, the image quality is fantastic and the software they use is very intuitived.One of my banners came with a very light pink smudge. Is barely noticieable but is still an error

The words are blurry and some of the letters have black dye in it. My logo is half way chopped off. It's just a hot mess
