I was originally skeptical about this puzzle based on some unfavorable reviews, but my love of the subject matter overcame that and I decided to take a chance. Now that it's complete, I can honestly say that this was both one of the most challenging puzzles I have done but, by far the most rewarding. Now I have a MAGNIFICENT Cityscape of my beloved City of Pittsburgh to hang in a place of honor in my home!

I bought this puzzle and never opened it until about a month after I bought it. Surprisingly it was missing a piece and the option to request a replacement is not available anymore. Surprisingly, I just saw a friend who bought this puzzle but of another city, and she was complaining she was missing one piece too. That's when I realized this seems to be a real problem at this company.

I have always loved puzzles. This was the most challenging I have ever worked. I did it all by myself during this long time we have been home. I am not young any more, but I finished it all by myself in about a month and a half. I worked off and on every day. I am giving it to a friend when I see her next February. I know she will put it together.
