2 shoulders recovering from injuries and a bulging disc has made it very difficult to sleep. My Physical Therapist made this recommendation. This roll has made a world of difference in my quality of sleep.I hope it continues.

Nice neck support for my neck that I use along with my pillow at the base. I much needed some light support there. Not too much and not too little, it will fit most pillows or you can leave it outside the pillow. I like that it is long so if I roll over to my back side and turn my neck either way, my neck is supported in every turn.

My physical therapist recommended I purchase this. I've been having difficulty getting a good night's sleep due to herniated discs in my neck. This worked wonders. It honestly did.

Its not so big that it changed your neck angle, just gentle support. Less headaches and stiff necks. Place in pillow case bottom.

My physical therapist highly recommends this particular pillow for neck pain. I love it, but it does not seem to fit loosely inside my pillow case. In my situation, there is barely room to fit this into the case along with the pillow above it, so it is now very tight in there, but I do love it and it seems to be an excellent cervical pillow with just the right amount of softness and the right width.

14 years out from an auto accident with whiplash, I discovered this cervical pillow and decided to give it a try. I had relied on sleeping face down for so long. I love this. I even like to bring it along for a long car ride that I might sleep as passenger - as the strain on my neck often has been uncomfortable during them.The circumference is perfect for behind my neck. I love that while this pillow has some firmness, it doesn't apply any uncomfortable pressure to the base of my skull and neck. There is a removable/laundry washable cover and the foam density allows for great breathability. Love it! Worth every penny.

I went to vestibular therapy and was recommended this particular cervical pillow for neck support. I absolutely love it. It is on the softer side, it isn't stiff or hard feeling, which I love! I deal with chronic migraines and get a lot of tension in my neck. I also haven't slept with a pillow in years, I've always used a soft blanket to try to cradle my neck/head and it just wasn't enough support for me anymore. This has been a lifesaver so far. I inserted this into a pillowcase with a flatter/softer down pillow. I've been using it for almost a week now and I have noticed a huge difference- the tension in my neck is almost non existent now. Buy this cervical pillow if you're looking for something on the softer side that isn't firm but fits just right under your neck to give you the proper support you need. You won't regret it.
