Love this pillow. I used it on several bus tours through Europe recently and it was a real help. I have lower back issues and I don't think I could have done these tours without it. It is easy to use and adjust for various seating arrangements. Unfortunately, I left it on one of the tour buses, but my husband has one and gave it to me. I would highly recommend this pillow.

Love this! It is the perfect size for the front car seat. I need extra lumbar support and this is it! Not too bulky like most of the others I have tried

I had several flights this year that caused me to have low back pain for days afterwards. Saw someone using one of these and he highly recommended it. I have now used it on over a dozen flights ranging from a couple hours to almost five hours in length. I tend to find that I only need a little air in mine to give me great support. You will find that it will expand as you gain altitude. So I usually set it before take off then adjust it once we are at cruising altitude. I do not fly without mine now!

We took this air pillow on our excursion from Portland, Oregon all the way to Singapore, Vietnam, Japan, and back. This was such a back and headsaver. It requires less than one breath of air to inflate fully, and when it deflate it rolls up very nicely portably in a backpack. Definitely worth the value and the price.

This self-inflating cushion is exactly the right size and shape to provide just enough support for my lower back in an airplane or car seat. Deflated, it rolls up to no larger than a soda can and stays rolled up. The self-inflating mechanism makes it easy to adjust once it's actually in place behind your back. You can breathe in a bit if you want it a bit larger. I like it so much that after leaving my last one on a plane, I'm ordering another.

I used this back support on plane flights and a bus ride. It is fantastic - easy to use and adjust as one gains altitude. It also quickly rolls up so it can be stowed when one gets off the ride. I plan to keep it in my car now for use in the passenger seat.

I bought this for a friend, who uses it often while traveling by air. Her last one broke, but I can tell you that she loves this model. I havent tried it myself.

I love this product. Got a sciatica attack a month ago. I've tried all different cushions and rolls. I am a smaller guy and it is right for me (not sure re larger heavier people though--just don't know). I'm 5'1 and 130 lbs. I will probably get another one to just be in the car. I am planning to take on a trip with me soon. Very versatile, light weight, and not so extreme as the round ones. Easy to blow up though haven't tried deinflating yet--this sort of thing can be tricky to deflate. (Also like McKenzie's book--very helpful.)

I usually use this on airplanes and road trips for lumbar support, and it works great. Bought one for my boyfriend because he kept stealing mine!Only downside is that it's the same color as the seats on United, and we've accidently left them on the plane!

I ordered this a few months ago after getting a lower lumbar strain, and had to do several international trips. It's been extremely useful, both for flying and going to restaurants that don't have great back support in chairs. It didn't self-inflate when it first arrived, but after I blew some air into it, I was able to fully inflate. Thereafter, it automatically inflates by opening the valve, and can be deflated or adjusted with pressure. It's been a nice feature because I can fully inflate it, put it between my lower back and the chair/seat, and then adjust to the optimal thickness by just opening the valve and leaning back. When deflated, it can fit in my laptop computer back, which is helpful. I just used it for a vacation trip on a boat, to provide some extra back support. I've been worried about losing it, but i've kept track of it so far.

Grerat little air pillow that inflates on its own. A little slippery so sometimes slips off chair but otherwise very good. Handy for travel.

I have arthritis in my thoracic spine and cannot sit comfortably in most chairs, especially the poorly designed ones at conferences. With this cushion I made it through a five day conference without serious pain. I also use it on planes and it is perfect for making plane seats less uncomfortable. Highly recommend this compact, life-changing product. I can easily inflate it without distracting others and it really is very portable and light. There is no way I could have enjoyed the conference without this incredible tool.

This pillow supplies a lot of support (or just a little if that's what you prefer) without adding a ton of weight or taking up much space in your carryon. I didn't think it would be as effective as it is when I purchased it, but I'm very pleasantly surprised.
