I bought this for a friend, who uses it often while traveling by air. Her last one broke, but I can tell you that she loves this model. I havent tried it myself.

I love this product. Got a sciatica attack a month ago. I've tried all different cushions and rolls. I am a smaller guy and it is right for me (not sure re larger heavier people though--just don't know). I'm 5'1 and 130 lbs. I will probably get another one to just be in the car. I am planning to take on a trip with me soon. Very versatile, light weight, and not so extreme as the round ones. Easy to blow up though haven't tried deinflating yet--this sort of thing can be tricky to deflate. (Also like McKenzie's book--very helpful.)

I bought this for a trip out of the country. We were on planes, trains and busses. I am a nurse with low back issues. This helped my back and it could be deflated a bit and used as a pillow. Highly recommended!

I had just gotten over sciatica before a trip to Italy. I had a 12 hour airplane trip ahead of me counting layovers. This helped my lower back tremendously especially on those uncomfortable airplane seats. Its worth the money. Unfortunately I left it on the airplane coming back so I need to get another one for my car when Im able to.

Very easy to blowup-- by turning cap it blows up itself! I was wary of the claims but its true. I like a little more depth to mine so then added a few blows by mouth. It holds the air and is an excellent investment.

I am using this for car and airplane. I love the fact that it can be partly or fully inflated depending on the seat behind you. It works all over the back, lower back and hip area. So pleased to have found this!

I had a herniated disc and found it very painful to drive. This support literally saves my back while driving. I have one in both cars. It is nice because it is self inflating and easily adjustable. Sometimes in the heat it expands too much or deflates a bit in the cold - no worries, just open the valve and let air in or out to make it perfect.
