Sturdy, easy to use, great instructions. Helping me get those hard to reach spots on my back. Can control the amount of pressure.

I don't know what I would do if I didn't have this! It has saved me many times. So easy to use and is a must if you live by yourself and need help in your back and shoulder areas. Everytime the grandkids come over, they grab it and use it several times before they leave.

This product was recommended to me by a friend. This product does help for sure to just really press on areas you cannot otherwise reach. For me, when a spot on my back is bugging me, it's good to kind of use this pre-emptively to avoid more pain down the road. But, also good for situations where you're in a lot of pain and just need a self-care solution.
