I recently purchased the MISSION cooling bucket hat and it has quickly become my go-to hat for outdoor activities. The UPF 50 protection is a great feature and the 3 wide brim provides plenty of shade for my face and neck. The hat really stands out in terms of performance, as it actually cools when wet - a game changer in the hot summer months. I've worn it on long hikes and it has kept me cool and comfortable the entire time. The navy color is also very stylish and goes with just about anything. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with this hat and would give it a solid 5 out of 5 stars. It's a high quality product that I would highly recommend to others.

I spend a lot of time working in the middle east. The temperatures can get up to 130 degrees F or even higher depending on what thermometer you are looking at. On the hot days I soak this hat in cold water and I get a couple hours of relief from the temperature on my head. As the water evaporates off the hat it cools your head, and the wet hat is slower to heat up from the blazing sun. I have certainly got my moneys worth from this hat.

OK, Ill admit, it might look a little goofy, but it WORKS. Dip in water or run under a faucet, wring out the excess, and the hat will help keep your head cooler for a while.Machine washable, and made with very breathable fabric. Supposed to block harmful sun rays.Fit is comfortable, it starts out a little large, then you have an elastic cord that takes about 5 seconds to adjust to how snug or loose you want it to be. There is a little spring loaded lock collar you use to adjust. Press the button, and tighten/loosen as you like, release the button and it locks in place.All in all, a good hat, both in quality and function. The brim is a bit wide so it will bump into seatbacks and headrests, but is soft/flexible enough in back, that it is a minor annoyance at worst. I really like it for working outside on hot days.
