This ball has a good feel and quality for the price. I like it much better than the plastic feeling faux leather balls.

After playing with Tachikara volleyballs since I started playing over 40 years ago, I've played with many different makes and models but these are still the best in my opinion. The only change is that this synthetic leather model has improved to the point where it is as good as or even better than the leather, SV-5W model and keeps its feel for longer. Large, unexplainable variation in price though between color combos and vendors so shopping can save money.

Bought for daughter who plays middle school co-ed volleyball - she and her friends love it; works great for practicing indoor and outdoor. So far, holding up well-only been using it for a week
