Approximately 1/8 to 1/4 smaller inside diameter. Luckily that's the size I needed. My recommendation when buying these bags, always figure 1/4 to 1/2 smaller than advertised. I had ordered some smaller ones with these and they were definitely 1/2 smaller inside. Basically, if you need 6x9, buy 7x10
