This is usually my go-to for chef coats. The jackets aren't super expansive and they get the job done.For most people it'll probably be a super comfy fit. When I'm not cooking I'm hoisting and moving heavy weights. I'm about 5'9" and a solid 230. I have wide shoulders with big arms, chest and back. The XL is starting to fit a lil tight. I can still move and cook but can't hide in my clothes.

My guy friend is a traveling chef and I wanted to get him some custom made chef coats. He's says there great. Could be a little longer at the bottom but overall he was satisfied.
