Bought item March 20, 2016. Found out that guaranty on product is only good thru April 15. After 2 weeks of use glass top broke. After crazy gluing it top came off again a couple of weeks later. I've been using percolators for years and never had a problem with glass top coming off. I just noticed the brand name is Rapid Brew. Farberware is the best brand for percolators. Next time I'll pay more attention to brand names.

I have replaced two of these pots so far, my husband has burned them due to ceramic range (forgot to turn burner off ) and he asked me to replace these pots, he loves the perked coffee, said it tastes best perked. It is small, you get about a good mug full and a little more, as long as he's happy I will keep buying.

The product quality was not as good as expected. The cover was misaligned and we had to adjust it to make it lay flat.We were not able to use inside cover because the top cover would not close. It is a good coffee pot i do recommend it,just the quality needs to be better checked.

The top of the pot has a pin in it to keep top and bottom together and it frequently slips out. Big disappointment.
