We received this calculator today and I was so shock to find out the built quality of this thing is so poor, the key pad is bad, the material is bad, nothing is good about this, but this is the exact model the school teachers ask parents to buy! I grown up using Casio calculators when I was a kid, and still using Casio right now. EVERYTHING Casio is batter than this, and they aren't that expensive neither.

I bought one for my daughter for her algebra class. Unfortunately, I bought it way before school started and upon first use last week, the screen was broken. Bummer.

I needed a scientific calculator last minute for my PhD comps. I was used to using a graphing calculator and was bummed to miss out on viewing multiple lines at a time. Then I found this one for only $15. I had it on my front porch 12 hours later and it worked great! Highly recommend

This calculator is a great affordable option for those in lower level algebra courses or basic algebra. It has many options but can be confusing if you are used to a higher level calculator- as this calculator has a different layout and menu than ones I have used before. Read the manual to see how to get it to do the function you need, I assumed that it did not have the function I needed because it was not explicitly labeled, but was pleasantly surprised to find how to get it in the user manual. All over great calculator for an affordable price. Happy with it!
