Sublimation instruction:
(1) Put the heat sublimation pattern under the cover, fix the position with adhesive tape.
(2) Put the cardboard baffle in the middle of the cover, sublimation heat 356 degrees F and sublimation time 50-60 seconds.
(3) Remove the cardboard baffle, stick our double-sided tape on the inner sheet, then carefully stick the inner sheet to the cover.

The only problem with this product is the double- sided tape. I lost several journals trying to get the double- sided tape to work.
