Crazy spicy, not salty enough, which lets the sweetness to over power the flavor. Spicy but no flavor! I love heat, hotness, spicyness, but this is uncomfortable spicy after 3 peices! My mouth was drooling thick mucus because of the heat. I am southeast Asian and this jerky is not something to be enjoyed with a few beers. This is jerky that you dare freinds to eat 10-20 pieces of. The only edible Bronco billy's jerky is the old country version which is similar to the benchmark WILD BILL'S JERKY. The Cajun jerky is terrible! See my review there!

I'm always looking for affordable yet delicious jerky. Some of my favorites cost 2-3 times as much as this, yet this stuff comes pretty close. It's soft, but not soggy. Chewy, but don't feel like a jaw work out. On the dryer side, but not "cowboy" style dry. The spice level is perfect. Not over baring but enough to break a sweat. I'd say, even though it says Carolina reaper pepper powder, the spicy levels feel about a habinero level. I didn't get any bitter flavor another reviewer said, just smoky heat. Will definitely order more.

Delicious. Nutritious What about making a 5 lbs bag available? It'll be easier for me to justify having to see a professional to break the habit of eating this delicious snack

The flavor is awesome. The jerky isn't dried out and it's not too soft either. Very happy with this jerky and I will definitely be buying again.
