I was skeptical of when buying my first tube back in 2017. Beeswax is pretty invaluable for lip care if you need something to survive your pocket while working at a cafe for 6 9 hours. My skin is also chronically dry due to medical reasons.Gotta say? Glad I picked this up as a last minute replacement after losing another lip balm. I have no idea what sorcery Soothing Touch is up to, but I approve of their methods. This is hands down the silkiest, longest lasting, and most durable lip balm I have ever tried. Not once have I had a tube melt on me. It can survive a skinny jean back pocket in a 102 humid summer, the deep clean cycle in the washer, and countless tumbles/accidental throws halfway across the room. The heftier size and satin-finish label also helps with loss prevention. To date, the only tube I have lost was a spare I'd intentionally hidden for myself later.Did I mention how great the balm feels? This is obviously subjective, but I think it hits just the right balance of slip and absorption. Doesn't feel greasy, and won't dry tacky. The vanilla chai is also great if you're a fan of peppermint or medicated balms. The cinnamon and ginger gives a long lasting gentle tingle without drying or stinging like menthol will. The vanilla and cardamom round out the flavor quite well, too.All-in-all, my favorite balm to this day. If this ever stops production, I don't think I would ever emotionally recover.
