We have just started getting into homemade bread at our house and have been using this to help make low carb/keto, friendly bread. It is amazing and very simple to use. You can find it in most healthy keto, friendly foods. I think it's a good price for the value of what you are getting! I would definitely recommend trying out!

This stuff is amazing. 38 grams of protein in one mock chicken breast or brat! Also I make mock lunch meat. (Hint- liquid smoke and liquid aminos really help along with nutritional yeast). Make sure you mix the water and wet stuff together in a blender and the drys together well. When you mix the wet with the dry it sort of turns to rubber so it won't mix well if both the drys and wets aren't mixed well before they are mixed. I then wrap in a cheese cloth and steam for 40 minutes, or bake wrapped in tinfoil for an hour. It tastes great!!

It does not take much to bring a basic multi-purpose flour to bread flour level... It is a matter of a few percents.As for my use, when I bake sourdough bread, I use 50g (about 2 Oz) of gluten for 1.5 Kgs (about 3.5 Lbs of flour). The result is a bread for which I can slightly increase the water contents because the dough will remain coherent enough (the gluten making it more elastic).This bag is gigantic and will last me a long time, even when baking bread every week.For those concerned with gluten allergies, it has been my observation that gluten is more easily absorbed by our bodies when no preservatives are added and when the bread has a slow rise. I let my bread rise in my fridge for more than 24 hours prior to baking it and even gluten sensitive people reported that my bread was fine for them.In conclusion:You can bake bread without this gluten for sure. It does however help getting a better dough structure.I love it! 5 stars.
