Bought for my art students, the photo was taken after 3 days of constant use. The top is Pentel brand and the bottom is this CrayPas brand. Pentel is much easier to organize and put back in the box bc each color has a spot. Pentel also has less breakage, price is almost the same.

I've used these for over a decade and the quality is still top notch. I hate others because they're to soft mushy and waxy. These are perfectly bendable. Perfect pigment. Worth every penny!(definitely considering some brands are $7 for 6 damnable colors. What in the world are you supposed to make with 6 measly colors??) I will never use another oil pastel brand. Period. Good for beginners, but it might have a bit of learning curve in general with blending as does starting any new art.

Sakura Cray-Pas are perfect oil pastels for me. Perfect size, colors, and usage for me, who is a beginner. I will continue to use them as I grow in my art.

As a first time user of pastels, I was genuinely surprised on how well these work, after reading reviews I got frightened that they would be too waxy and not able to blend well. But when I got them I was pleasantly surprised and excited that they were super creamy and blended extremely well.The only cons I have to this product is the size of the crayons make my hands cramp super fast, and at times instead of laying down pigment it picks it up.

Don't waste your money, I wish I could get mine back. These are terrible, like coloring with crayolas but worst, not worth the money. There is a reason art products are expensive.

Our kids love coloring with these. Deep color-saturation and beautiful bright colors. Excellent range of color, too. Will definitely buy a 2nd box when these get too stubby to use

The sticks are small (even for a junior artist in my opinion). It contains 50 sticks and none of them has the color name on it. So it is very difficult to distinguish between a scarlet red and a vermilion red for example....and this for all colors.

Great product but for my 10 year old, they need to come up with a stronger pastel. These break too easily but they had vibrant colors. 4.5/5. I would recommend

I ordered this to be sent to my 6yo grandson, who lives in another state. He has lately shown more and more interest in Art, and being an artist myself, I heartily encourage him!My daughter tells me that he has been having a wonderful time creating his masterpieces. What a wonderful way to pass the time...especially during this lockdown, when so many other options have been denied to our children.FIVE STARS
