My family member (uncle) wanted me to get a bigger side bag for fishing, so I bought this item it looks very big in the pictures. It doesn't have to be to big but good enough. Best bag ever to fit my rod and more fishing equipment extra room left!

I own a leather messenger bag, but wanted one that could handle the general abuse such a bag generally endures in daily use. It's spacious and holds my 10 X 14 laptop with room to spare. I appreciate the pockets on the ends that accommodate my travel mug, something my leather bag does not have. I have only begun to use it, so I can't speak yet to its long-term wear, but appears sturdy. I like the convenience of the velcro closure vs. the strap and buckle of my leather bag. Overall a no-frills product that is designed to be used for regular carrying without the worry of marring the appearance. I may end up treating the bag with a water resistance spray as the canvas clearly will not weather a downpour.

Substantial canvas cloth. Long arm strap. Roomy inside main compartment. Cover Flap has no way to secure, only short velcro strips to keep closed. It serves my purchase though
