Great product for average protection with great dexterity.Good value and very durable.I recommend them to all tradesmen who are turning wrenches and required to have PPE.

I bought these for when I go help my father run his Oval Track car. Ended up using them everywhere. Great dexterity, feeling, and padding. I can operate most tools with them on, and even work bolts/nuts loose with them on as well. Worth the $

Fits great, just like my pair of 15 year old ringers impact gloves fit! The thumb and forefinger do have an extra piece of "leather" layer on it... they say that will make them last longer without wearing through... I havent needed them to hold nuts and bolts yet, but I think they will work just as fine as my old pair.Gel padding in the palm is very thin, and not throughout the entire palm, the gel is only where you need it for when using air tools...Overall a great mechanic glove!

I loved my previous pair of Ringers Impact gloves until the fingertips wore through. I didn't really like the styling of these new ones, but needed some for a camping trip so I went for a straight replacement order. I do not like these gloves.The old gloves offered great protection as well as excellent finger-feel for fine work. Three fingers on these new gloves are stitched in the same wonderful way as my old pair, but the index and thumb are tipped in patches of a different material (I don't think it's capacitive, either--I can use my touchscreen phone more easily with the other fingers) that is sewn with a single stitch around the tip of the finger. It leaves bulges of material out beyond those two finger tips and ruins the fine thumb-and-index dexterity I used to have.I loved my old gloves specifically because I could wear them and still pick up coins or hand-thread a tiny bolt, and I'm bitter that these new gloves are less functional. It looks like the Authentic model may not have the weird finger patches.

As a firefighter you need high quality gloves that will last. These gloves are of the highest quality and last a long time.

I purchased these gloves and with in a week or so the velcro threads came off the adjustment tab. I called the company and they told me to send the gloves back to them for replacement. I will not spend seven or eight dollars to send them back and Ringers Glove company will not send me a pre-paid slip. So I would not recommend these gloves. The company will not replace them if they go bad.
