Looked like it had a larger opening for big heads like me so I went with it and it's exactly what I needed. You can still curve the brim if you want, I did. Normal 112 Richardson hats are a bit tight on me for my liking so if you have a huge noggin try this still. I wear it backwards always fyi.

Good looking, very well made hat. Richardson 112 has been my go to hat since I acquired one from a company I worked for and fell in love with fit, style and overall quality of the hat. Wanted to try a different look from the same company and am very pleased with the Richardson 511 trucker hat. Same 'ol Richardson quality I'm used to..in a flatbill style. Highly recommend their hats.

Really love these hats. Both hats arrived quickly. Reason for only 4 stars is as follows. I ordered the tiger camo, but received the army camo instead. I liked the army camo, but really wanted the tiger camo. Reordered the tiger camo pattern and received the correct hat. Decided to keep both hats even though I was sent the wrong hat initially. Fit, and color deserves 5 stars though.

My hat of choice is the 112, I decided to take a chance and try something new. Definitely paid off, I really like this hat! Fits awesome! I do have a larger noggin but this fits freaking perfect!! And I am not normally a fan of flat bill caps but the 511 is great and the bill does form very easy without distorting the crown just in case you want to wear your cap like a normal human being, and not have it topple off your head in a light breeze. Great buy!
