Works great.

Pain to install but it works perfectly and saved me a bunch of money. I had the Rev-A-Shelf - RV-18KD-18C S - Double 35 Qt. Pull-Out Black and Chrome Waste Container - With that I had to open the cabinet door and then pull out the drawer. I used this kit to convert it so that I can just open the door and the drawer pulls out with it. I personally did not install, but my contractor who is very competent struggled and cussed for a long time trying to install this. He even broke down and read the directions! He even watched the video listed here in the product description yet he still got very frustrated with it. I laughed, he did not. I wouldn't blame all of the cussing on the product, it was because it did not line up with my cabinet very well. He finally had to flip the brackets so that the left went on the right, etc, to make the width smaller to fit the door. I have a standard sized door, but the bracket hit it right where the frame ended and the panel began. To get them even and secured correctly he finally flipped them as I mentioned and he was able to get them to line up and secured. In the end this product saved me a bunch of money, about $100 for the new shelf or under $20 to convert what I already had. 4 stars because it was not as easy to install as the video made it look.

I like the way it works, but if your door (not the opening, the door itself) isn't about 16-1/2" wide, the brackets stick out beyond the side of the door. I had to saw them from top to bottom with a hacksaw to get them completely hidden by my 15" wide door.

Great add on for our trash shelf.

Fantastic. Some of the installation was difficult, but, that was mainly due to my existing cabinets. We love our new cabinet shelves.
