Good quality product and gets a lot of use.

Had to replace a previous pullout due to plastic parts that failed and left the unit not capable of self closing. Got this unit due to the Blum hardware and the lack of problems I have had with Blum hardware on my drawers in the house. It was a damaged box sale from the warehouse and I was aware that it might need a bit of work to get it installed, but it was worth the money I saved in the long run. Install took a bit of work, not a lot, but a bit. I used the template to make sure that I had the right distance from the front of the cabinet for the first two screws and referenced the rest off those and the center line. The biggest problem was that the alignment pins on one of the spacers for the Blum hardware had sheared of. However with the template and the way the holes for the screws lined up on the slides and the spacers all went well - with a little more care in the alignment process than if all the alignment pins had been intact. It would be hard to show in pictures but the drawings and the parts made it pretty easy to figure out Some careful measurement allowed me to get the door onto the pull out drawer assembly the first time with no additional alignment work required. Patience paid off here.

This is an extremely well designed and well made product. Wood joints are dovetailed, the Blum slides are absolutely first class. The Instructions , as others have noted, are vague and could be clarified. Essentially, the Blum track assembly must be absolutely centered side to side and forward to any 34;lip34; on the front of the cabinet. (note: The track assembly will allow the drawer tray to clear a small 34;lip34; on the front of the cabinet). I found that carefully measuring the front panel of the sliding drawer assembly ,and VERY carefully measuring where the where the cabinet door will attach are the keys to a successful installation. I actually found that attaching the cabinet door to the drawer front THEN putting the assembly on the Blum tracks was easy for one person, as opposed to the two person method suggested in some videos . In summary, measure well and think it through before installing.

Easy to put together. Much cheaper than buying the cabinet with this pre-installed. Love the slow close door.

This is awesome. Very high quality build with dovetail joints, nice finish and smooth quick relase rails. Super easy installation. The template/instructions that come with the hardware doesn't really apply. Throw it away. The instructions you need are on the small page that is in one of the trashcans. It took me 10-15 minutes to figure out how it all works and about 15 minutes to install. 16 screws and you are done.
