i love this container. it holds a lot of grease. i keep it in the refrigerator until it's full so the grease can solidify just in case it gets knocked over. i got tired of looking for things to put grease in to dispose of it. it's a a simple solution for a common problem. i also like that there's no odor and the container washes easily.

Several years ago, I purchased a Fat Trapper for home. You pour the grease into a disposable bag, store in the fridge. No mess, no fuss. Upon getting a divorce, this was one of the first items I bought for my new life.

These are made for the Fat Trapper Bags. You just bend the bag close tab just enough to keep it out of the way and slip in the fat trapper bag into it. The holder is easily washed either by had or in the dishwasher and doesn't retain odors. It even suppresses the majority of the odors if grease molds from the bags not being changed frequently enough.

This is so helpful. It is the first thing I have gotten that my family understands what to do with drippings and grease. No more lost in the back jars of gunk, no more grease smelling the waste basket and no more clogged sinks.
