Quartet Prestige Plus DuraMax Porcelain Whiteboard, 4' x 3', Euro Frame, P564T, Price/each

I received delivery of the Quartet Euro whiteboard about 8 days after the order was placed. I forget the shipping company, but they called a day before and arranged a window of delivery (signature was required). They delivered in that window, and on the whole, the product arrived in reasonable shape. There was some holes in the packaging, and some marks on the board, but fortunately it was on the *back* of the whiteboard, and did not affect anything.The whiteboard is well constructed, provides an even writing surface, and seems fairly solid. The tray is functional, slightly flimsy. But no complaints here.About the only negative I can say is regarding the mounting. The way this euro is designed to mount is they provide a couple of hanging brackets you attach to the wall, and hang the whiteboard (from the top) on these brackets. Once you hang the board, you are supposed to pop off the corner caps, and mark where to drill, remove the board, drill/push in anchors, rehang, screw down on newly placed anchors, then put back on corner caps.For the life of me I could not figure out how to remove the corner caps (and of course the directions gave no clue as to how to do this). I tried prying them out with a screwdriver, but feared breaking them. And I also thought that if I got them out, it would be just as hard getting them back in (didn't want to pry from the front, as the finish could be scratched). Perhaps I was missing something obvious, but I don't think so.Fortunately, the mounting kit they sent was a mounting kit that was designed to work with a variety of types of whiteboards. So I resorted to using some L brackets for the bottom support (required drilling some pilot holes in the aluminum frame at the bottom of the whiteboard). This mounting is not quite as clean as if I had been successful with the corner caps, but it works fine, and keeps the board flat against the wall.
