Good for me in the arms. Fortunately my wife could shorten the tails allowing me to wear the shirt untucked. (I wear it as a trail shirt.)They're a little stubborn, but I like the epaulettes for holding my hat and such while hiking.

Great for demanding work purposes - I work in the field at times that require show black. This works well and it's durable, and I don't need to worry too much about wearing out after a few washes. The only downside is the fit. The arms seems to be a tad too short. The fitting should indicate that it's a short rather than regular. Other than that, the material is great, and I can tell it'll hold up over hard use.

I'm a field inspector for central Florida properties outside in extreme heat. The shirt material is heavier than I expected and can be uncomfortable in the local climate. Otherwise it's a good shirt.

Pros: - Good amount of materials- Well stitched for trust price point- Fits well- Cool material blendCons: Maybe too heavy for hot and humid weather (minor)Overall: Great value and I can see this shirt lasting at least 10- 15 years (with maybe some occasional button maintenance), no joke. Best or fall weather to early spring but it's not a hot material blend. It's the heaviness of the material that makes it not the best choice for hot humidity weather. Each person can have a different quality control experience so read all comments to help you make an informed decision.

The sleeves run a little short. I have lots of propper shirts and find all propper shirts run large. Which makes me wonder about the sleeves on this model. They are barely adequate, but I have long arms. I am 5. 10 and 160 lbs. Sometimes I wear xl shirts just to get correct sleeve length. Propper large size shirts fit me well. But as i said, sleeve length on this particular model shirt is barely adequate. It is a good shirt, but I will wear it with the sleeves rolled up.

These are by far the best shirts. Propper has consistently been supplying me with quality clothing. A little pricey, but excellent quality.Definitely recommend. Was surprised by zipper on front, and zipped pockets on chest. Only issue was that sleeves were too tight to roll up more than 2 turns.

It's a great shirt. Well made and should last a good long time.What I didn't like about the shirt upon receipt was that it was oversized for a medium. It wore like a large but I liked the shirt enough that I had it altered. I thought it was worth it because of its quality and because I purchased it used. For about $15 less if I had purchased it new. All in all, I'm happy with the shirt.

I was look'n for a shirt with pockets large enough to accommodate a larger form smartphone.I typically keep my phone in my right shirt pocket.Usually, those pockets are rather small.They were not quite deep enough for my old phone.I got a new one that was taller.The more phone that hangs out = the more likely it will fall out when bending over to pick stuff up.This shirt has a number of pocket options that prevent that.The color is nothing to get excited about.A bit on the military side for styling.But,It holds on to the phone.
