Two wheelbarrows - I installed these on one, and I stretched bicycle intertubes over the handles of another. Both solved the splinter problems we had, both have held up to the elements very well. THIS PRODUCT is the luxury version - very easy to install, and definitely feel very nice on the hands. My opinion: if you use your wheelbarrow a lot, these are definitely worth it. Otherwise, these are a way to spoil yourself with a little luxury that works well. Bicycle intertubes are not as classy, easy or comfortable.

Used the medium size for a croquet mallet, whose diameter fell in the range for both small and medium products. The smaller size would have probably worked better, which the packaging suggests. The new grip is quite thick and cushiony and it was easy to apply. I would use this product again but would be more careful about ordering 'the smallest size diameter that will fit'.

Used this to replace handle on shovel with hollow fiberglass handle. I marvelled at how the inner plastic coil is pulled to apply grip - great job, inventor!. Tip: measure how far down you want grip to start and mark the spot. I ended up with 1 inch overhang. Luckily I could fold that stretch of grip into handle, which worked out really well.

Does exactly what it says it does. Pay attention to size. Stay within your range but my too tight since the plastic spiral has to be unwound through the tube. Very quick and easy. If it wasn't, you did it wrong. I'm holding the last star for longevity. The original grips sun rotted so if the re-grip isn't UV resistant I've wasted $20.

THIS PRODUCT is the luxury version - very easy to install, and definitely feel very nice on the hands. My opinion: if you use your wheelbarrow a lot, these are definitely worth it. Otherwise, these are a way to spoil yourself with a little luxury that works well. Bicycle intertubes are not as classy, easy or comfortable.
