works to adapt pressure washers that use m22-15 to flex hoses that are m22-14. kinda expensive for just a single adapter, but necessary. didn't need the teflon tape, just used silicone lube

Comes with teflon tape which is a nice add-on. Used this to convert the Harbor Freight stock hose with a new 50ft hose and trigger.

This is exactly what you need to use a better hose with your non standard pressure washer. I used this to adapter to connect my uberflex hose to my CAT pressure washer.
