I use this to tone my inner thighs. It will come in handy in the gym in Florida when they run out.

I have used this ball in my pilates sessions and it is amazing placed under the sacrum for leg lifts. It is so great if you have a really bad back. I truly can't live without this ball as there are times when I feel I need to engage the muscles in my back because they feel very weak. I am usually in pain at those times and using this ball helps me connect with my body instead of going dumb with pain as it progresses. I can't say enough about this little ball I used to tease and say, "So who's making the money off of this half blown up ball and calling it a pilates accessory?" Well, it's true that it doesn't seem remarkable to look at not knowing how it can be used but it is very well-made and can handle lots of weight. It's small enough to pack away when I travel and the price is right.
