I just received my bar and I'm already impressed by its quality. It is wide and sturdy just like the ones that my local Y. As one reviewer mentioned, the finish is brushed nickel, not shiny chrome like pictured. The finish is not an issue to me and I actually prefer the brushed nickel finish. The whole bar has a heavy professional feel to it. Make sure that the oil wiped from the metal. I'm not sure if it's from the manufacturing process or if it's a rust preventive, but an old rag should do the trick. I would absolutely recommend this bar.

I added this to my home shoulder pulley system. It's sturdy and works perfect for my needs. It is a good price. Prior to using it I sanded the metal just to smooth it up a bit.

As others have commented, this is a heavy sturdy bar! If I take my plates off my lat pull down, the bar and cable go straight to the floor. I like the grip and use the different angles for different exercises. Quality product!

Very pleases with this bar. It arrived 7 days early during the COVID epidemic and is great quality. Swivel works well and the grips seem sturdy! If you are looking for a bar this one is it. Feels like commercial quality. Great bar for the price.
