Problem: My cats enjoy kibble treats between meals way too much! They gobble up kibble in an open bowl and then start begging for more.Solution: This product slows them down and they enjoy the challenge of capturing each treat.Suggestion: Change the name! After someone accidentally broke our treat dome, it took days to find a new one on various sites because the name is long and not very descriptive. We always call it a treat dome!

I have a beloved cat who was feral and starving when she found me as a wee kitten and she continues to frantically inhale food like she's not eaten for weeks! This keeps her stimulated and eating dry food as a snack at a reasonable pace.

My cat had to go on a diet, and my vet recommended this puzzle feeder to help slow down my cat's eating. She's super stubborn, so she didn't take to it at first. After she realized her new bowl wasn't coming back, she got used to the puzzle feeder and now she's doing great! We haven't had it for long enough to know if it's helping with her weight loss yet, but it is helping her to spend less time at the bowl and to eat less every time she's there. We got the plastic bowl and it's holding up well, and seems easy enough to clean since it breaks down into two parts.

My cat. Fang, took to this feeder right away. It helps us control his food intake, as it takes him longer to finish his morning and evening portions.
