They were out of town and emailed me right away to say they would be delayed 2 weeks and asked if I wanted to keep the order. I had plenty of time so I said yes. I got them quicker than they had hoped and they look amazing. It was also so easy to do and the price was better than any other company out there. We are so excited to hand these out at our event!

The customization and ordering process was easy, and the mockup was sent quickly, the shipping time was much longer than estimated and communication with the company was a bit under par but after they answered back the product came within updated estimate and I'm satisfied
