I only used this for one night, but I like it very much. The sound control is excellent, and it is loud enough to block out a lot of outside noise when I sleep. This machine has only one sound choice, like a fan sound. I don't like the noise machines with multiple noise choices, so this is the one for me. I hope it lasts for many years like my old noise machine.

This little sound machine is as easy as it comes. Simple to use, masks odd house noises yet is not overly loud if you choose a softer sound. High quality, ease of use and a small footprint. Highly recommend

We got this to replace our last sound machine that ran beautifully for over 3 1/2 years non-stop. It's loud enough to drowned out traffic noise and the creaking of the stairs outside my daughters room, but not loud enough to distract her from falling asleep.

I've had this machine on day and night for the last 8 years straight. Has never failed. Only times it had time to rest was if the power went out. Day... and Night...... 24/7.... 8 years!!!!!

I've bought a few of these now and will keep coming back because they're the only actual fan and I like the adjustable settings but each one has started to rattle after 6-8 months. It's used every night for my daughter but for $40, I'd expect longer life.

It's a solid machine built well. I had one of this kind when they first came out in the early 70s. I liked it then and have no idea of what happened to it. Anyway I have tried many different kinds of sleep machines with no luck. Many of them are loop and you can hear it happening. It interrupts the pattern. This gadget has no loop. It is a real fan that does the work.. I only want white noises and it's all this does.It's very adjustable sound wise and easy to operate. It has two speeds which is great for sound levels. I had it plugged in and running the first night and since. It's an oldie but goodie.

I 100 recommend this product. We use this is our baby's room as we have two other children and a noisy dog. We use the lowest setting and It helps keep her sleeping! We recently took this to FL with us too. It's compact size made it perfect to travel with. I also like that you can control the different tones on each volume level.
