Dual screen portable DVD players use one power cord to run the DVD player and two LCD screens. They accomplish this by installing a DC output jack on the DVD player with the screen built-in. This output power jack has the power needed to run the second LCD screen. The cord that connects the two screens together is usually 6 ft. long. This 20 AWG 2.1 x 5.5 mm male to male extension will replace that cord if the output jack is 2.1 x 5.5 mm.
