This titanium cone spike top can be used with any of our 18g-16g jewelry with an internal 0.8mm threading, whether it’s for a surface barbell, dermal anchor, labret, or other. The material lends itself to safe extended wear due to it being lightweight and almost completely hypo-allergenic. Match your existing jewelry colors or add some brightness to your jewelry with anodized color options! For a small fee, we can anodize the cone to one of 26 colors in our Hanover, MD Painful Pleasures facilities.
