These 14g Titanium Dermal Anchors With Square Bases make super-secure dermal anchors thanks to their two wide holes, 0.5mm base and thick 2mm rise. Each anchor is formed from a single piece of implant-grade titanium and has an internal 1.2mm thread pattern that makes it compatible with all of our 12g and 14g 1.2mm internal dermal tops.
