Each of these 12g microdermal anchors is made from a single piece of 316L surgical stainless steel. You can insert any 1.2mm internal dermal top or other end for 14g or 12g internally-threaded body jewelry into these steel microdermal anchors, which gives you almost unlimited options. You can use this anchor with our dermal tops and other ends shaped like balls, discs, cones, stars, and more, with and without gems... As long as the thread pattern matches, you're all set for a fresh new look!

Please note that these stainless steel dermal anchors are sold individually (price per 1) and separately from our 1.2mm internal tops for 14g and 12g internally-threaded body jewelry.
