My physical therapist used this massager and I thought it would be a good tool to use at home .I do agree it is a bit heavy and can be a challenge to use without assistance depending on which body part you are trying to massage !But I do like it and would recommend as long as you understand it's limitations!

My husband loves when I use this on his tight neck and shoulders. Unfortunately it hurts the back of my hand and I am wearing a mitten when I use it. When it vibrates against my fingernail it hurts and feels weird. Not sure how to fix that.

If you have never used this massager then you have been playing with toys and that's fine for the innocents as they might not be able to handle the intensity of Ecstasy and toys are cheaper.
