How to Use:
1. Soak in water for 7 - 10 minutes and make the crystals are evenly disturbed during hydration process.
2. Wear around neck, forehead, or wrist. In fully-hydrated, the Ice Cool Bandana will make you keep cool for days without ice or rehydration. (Before wearing, put your bandana in a Freezer for 5 minutes. IT WILL BE COOLER!)
3. For cleaning, rinse off with a couple drops of shampoo.
4. It usually takes 3 to 7 days (depending on the humidity of air) for water in the crystals of the cooling bandanas to be completely evaporated. During that time, keep bandanas in airy place without direct sunlight.
5. Soak cooling bandanas in water for several minutes to re-activate.
This product can be wrapped around neck, head or wrist to keep cool on hot days, very practical and fashionable.

I like this if it is cold. Does not help me much when running but is very nice to start after I refrigerate it. Or when you can re-dip it in cold water.

Bought these for a friend who golfs. She loves them! Unlike some products, these are narrower so don't get caught up in shirts or blouses. I also have one stashed away for next summer when i expect to use it when i exercise out of doors. Nice product all around.
