This did not work at all for me. I measured my wrist as specified, but it was too big and cut into my flesh. Returned it. The Mueller works better for my tendinitis

This brace works well but from the directions I ended up buying a large and should have bought a medium. The thumb restraint tends to work loose and you have to retighten the velco. I added another piece of velcro strap from the thumb restraint to the wrist restraint to hold it in place an it stays together better. Will probably buy another one (medium) for the office days and use this one for my project work

Works well but made an improvement to the thumb velcro as with actual use the velcro tends to work loose. Added another "Hook" strip from the thumb to the wrist working down the back of the thumb and it works great. Does relieve the lower thumb pain while in use.

I have had De Quervain's tenosynovitis for most of my life. This is the first brace I have bought that actually helps. It does the job its supposed to do.
