ONLY FITS MIC STANDS, DOES NOT FIT MUSIC STANDS. That being said; if you're using a mic stand while performing and need your smart phone for either loops or a monitor mixing app, this item is a must-have.

I attach this to my mic stand and its perfect for my set lists and notes or my tablet. Swivels away on the fly and i am still able to move my boom around when needed without issue.

I have used this for 2.5 years and it is clamped to my mic stand in my studio and it's much better than a stand that takes up more space. It can easily be moved up and down your stand, and by getting a magnet you can keep music sheets and lyrics on there, works great with smart phones, and tablets fit right on it!

Due to the mysterious way my guitars keep multiplying, space in my music room continues to grow scarce, so I was pleased to add this elegant solution into the mix. Finally, a music holder actually designed so it can be used in front, or on the side, of a mic stand.Others didn't have enough space between the stand and the holder, so if you put the holder to the side it would be obscured even by a small pop screen. But this holder has 2.5 between the stand and the side of the holder, which is perfect.It's also quite sturdy with no sagging whatsoever, so I give it 5 stars all around.
