They will get the job done If I wanted more padding, I would have purchased RoadRunner cases. Great buy. ALL fit my Pearl Export kit nicely.

They don't have a lot of padding but the material is strong and the drums fit like a glove. Worked for my needs. If you need something to protect them from damage you may need to get something with more padding.

These cases were exactly what i was looking for. I dont move my drums that often, but when I do these will keep them from getting nicked up. No they dont have a lot of padding, but rather than complain about it, get something more expensive. For the price these are great. Someone complained that they fit too loose, but they fit my ludwig set just right. Any tighter and it would be a struggle to get them on. Very satisfied
