Bought this to replace my pool fountain head which was a Custom Molded Products CMP 3-Tier Pool Fountain Clear 25565-009-000, priced between $55-60, depending on where I found it. Went to Home Depot and spent about $5 for a PVC reducer and coupling to go from my existing 1.5 pipe to the 1 threaded fountain head. Simple, cheaper and the fountain sprays prettier than the CMP head.

The fountain replaces a clear fountain of the same configuration. It works well in our pool/spa.
