With a comfortable standard density (medium firmness) and multiple size options, these rollers offer a variety of uses and benefits.
Massage / myofascial release:
The full size is ideal for massaging adductors, hamstrings, quadriceps and the back, but can also target smaller areas such as the IT Band, hip rotators, glutes and calves. Highly versatile for Pilates, yoga and core exercise.
36” length x 3” height
The half-round size features one flat side and one rounded side for diverse use. It’s well-suited for balance and stability work, Pilates, yoga and physical therapy.

This roller’s smaller diameter makes it lower to the ground for a safer, more stable feeling. It’s perfect for the elderly or those with a compromised sense of balance and is easier to control while using for massage.

Really like this soft foam roller. The manufacturer's video was great to determine which one to buy. I use this for general back rolling. For my hips and IT band I use the super soft roller.

I use for massage, working out and stretches. It helps with releasing tension in my neck which I struggle with a lot. Highly recommend it!

I purchased this roller for back pain. I found traditional foam rollers were too firm for my back. This roller is light weight, and just soft enough!

This is softer than others, which is a bit easier on certain areas or tender spots. It seemed like a lot to pay, but it is nice quality.
