I've been using these for almost four months now, and they're holding up well. They look and feel exactly as they did the day I got them. The pods have a bit of give to them but are very durable and easy to clean.Mostly I use these for balance work, standing on them with the flat side down in my bare feet. It took a while to work up to that, but now they feel good on my feet.Sometimes I use them to massage my feet. They feel good, but I find massage balls better for this only because they're easier to maneuver. If I didn't already own a set of massage balls, I'd probably be satisfied with the pods for that purpose. The only drawback to the pods is that they're slightly smaller than I'd like. My foot is just a bit larger than the pods, so there's an extra challenge in balancing on them. Maybe that's good in one way, but it's a little more work than I'd like on some days. But I just rotate the pods with a large balance pad on different days to make sure I'm not working too hard all the time.Even though these aren't perfect, they're very good for the purpose I bought them for and seem like they'll last forever. Considering how much use I get out of them, the price ($30 when I bought mine) is more than fair.
