I like the shampoo as it makes the hair soft and clean. Does not have to use a lot to shampoo the hair, so for a bottle, it lasts quite a long.

After six decades on this planet, I can say I have finally found one shampoo that does not dry my hair, yet it cleans and softens. For the first time ever, I could use a shampoo, feel my hair silky and not like straw (my hair is mostly color treated, long, a bit sun damaged). And for the first time ever, I only applied conditioner to the lower half of each strand, nothing anywhere up top. The litmus test? I dried by hair with a blow dryer, and my hair is silky up top, and all the way day. Thank you, please don't change the formula ever. I don't have another 60 years to hunt!

This shampoo works really well on my natural hair. I do not have any dye, and my hair is on the finer side. It isn't thin, it's just fine. The shampoo is creamy, and a little thinner, but a white cream color and gives a good lather. The thing that gets to me is the scent. I am not a fan of it. It kind of gives me a headache smelling of it, but it may be up someone elses alley. I'm just not keen on the hemp scent.I thought the shampoo was supposed to be thicker, but I actually find it kind of thinner than most shampoos. The lather is excellent though. I feel like I'm getting a deep clean through the ends. I lather my crown and around the top of my head, and let the excess lather work it's way down my locks. My ends definitely seem noticeably smoother and I don't see the splits as much. I am a brunette, so splits show up much more easily for me. I have a bit of shine with this, although I do use a different conditioner as I prefer a minty scent to finish styling. I'd try more from this line.
