This is a game changer! I always dread canning my tomatoes. Mr Man (who hate tomatoes) always plants something like 50/- tomato plants and guess who gets stuck with all of them. This year, after watching all the Italian families have their 1 day tomato canning events, I saw they only sauce them and use machines similar to this one. I bought it since sauce is now the only way I'll be canning all these tomatoes and let me tell you - I was done in 4 hours! Cutting in half, cooking for about 15 minutes, straining and running through the machine for beautiful thick sauce! This also includes the time it took to bottle and preserve in the canner! All by myself - no one else helping. So, to me, this is a game changer! So glad I bought this. Now, cleaning the attachment that actually makes the sauce? That's not so much fun. My thumbs still have sliver slices in them. Highly recommend having a small wire brush to clean that attachment. Other than that - I love this machine!

I purchased this to remove the seeds from berries to make sorbet. I put six pounds of thawed raspberries through it in less than ten minutes. It worked perfectly, pulp and juice, no skin or seeds. And saved me about three hours of scraping them through a strainer. It is very easy to set up and just as easily to clean. Just make certain The rubber gaskets are centered or it will drip a couple of times. The berry screen is well worth the extra cost. I can see it easily allowing you to make jams.I now have a bumper crop of tomatoes, so I am going to use the tomato cone it came with to make sauce. That will be new for me.

This is a lifechanger for me! I put up 29 quarts of applesauce lickety split! I just quartered the apples, no need to peel, no need to core, NOTHING! Then I threw those quartered apples into boiling water for just a couple minutes to soften, scooped them out with a slotted spoon and right into the Sauce Master. This thing is better than sliced bread! The applesauce came right out, the peels and seeds comes out the other side. Then I ran the peels through a couple more passes and some more applesauce came out, no waste like when I was doing it all by hand! Really amazing. It's definitely worth the money. I was able to get it all canned right up. I was stunned by how much time it saved me.I recommend washing it by hand right away so the mesh doesn't oxidize, mine looks brand new still and that's what I did.

I have a huge food forest and grow every kind of fruit and berry that will grow in my location. Dozens of each type. I needed some way to separate the seeds and skin just for making popsicles. I mix real fruit/berries with yogurt and drop it in a popsicle mold. Makes the best popsicles and they are healthy. You can eat a ton of them. This thing makes perfect mush with no skins or seeds. Tons of uses for it.
